Torricella Verzate is a municipality of about 800 inhabitants located in Lombardy, in the province of Pavia.
The village is an agricultural center in which artisan activities such as the production of dolls, barrels and cement pipes are also flourishing.
The origins of the village are very ancient and some scholars date them back to the period of Roman domination.
In the hamlet of Verzate once stood a building belonging to the Templars, which, with the suppression of the order, passed to the diocese of San Giovanni. In addition to the characteristic historical center, in Torricella Verzate we can admire:
