In case of a shortage of available parking spaces, another area not equipped for parking has also been provided in the area in front of the entrance on the second level of the Sferisterio parking lot.

Macerata stands on a hill 314 meters above sea level, nestled in a vast panorama pacifying the senses, surrounded by a spectacular mosaic of countryside cultivated as if they were vegetable gardens or orchards.

Macerata boasts a unique architectural theatrical structure: the Sferisterio. According to well-known opera singers it is the open-air theater with the best acoustics in Italy, ‘known since 1921 for its summer opera season first called “Macerata Opera” and, since 2006, transformed into “Sferisterio Opera Festival.” Since 2012 the Festiva has been called “Macerata Opera Festival.”
